Our services may include:

  • Recreating the website layout and visual structure as closely as possible within Wix
  • Setting up basic SEO elements where applicable
  • Assisting with domain connection and launch preparation
  • Handing over the completed Wix website after approval and final payment

The exact scope of work depends on your current website, project requirements, Wix platform capabilities, and the quote agreed before work begins.

Quotes and Scope of Work

Before starting a project, we review your current website and project requirements in order to provide an estimated quote.

The quote may be based on factors such as:

  • Number of pages
  • Website structure
  • Design complexity
  • Content volume
  • Blog or product migration needs
  • Forms, menus, galleries, or special sections
  • SEO requirements
  • Additional requested improvements
  • Technical complexity
  • Time required to complete the migration

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a quote is an estimate based on the information available at the time of review.

If the project scope changes, if additional requirements are added, or if the website is more complex than initially expected, the final migration cost may be adjusted. We will inform you before proceeding with any significant additional work.

Client Responsibilities

To complete the project properly and on time, you agree to provide the information, materials, access, and feedback required for the migration.

This may include:

  • Current website URL
  • Project goals and migration requirements
  • Wix account access or invitation, if required
  • Website admin access, if required
  • Domain or DNS access, if required for launch
  • Hosting or platform access, if required
  • Text, images, files, product details, blog content, or other materials
  • Brand assets such as logos, fonts, colors, or design references
  • Timely feedback and approval during the project

You are responsible for ensuring that all materials, content, images, logos, trademarks, and other assets provided to us are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

Delays in providing required information, access, materials, or feedback may delay the project timeline.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made in two parts:

1. Advance Payment

Before the project begins, you pay 50% of the estimated project cost as an advance payment.

This advance payment confirms your approval of the quote and allows us to reserve time and begin work on your project.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is paid after the migration work is completed, the final migration cost is confirmed, and before the completed Wix website is handed over to you.

Website handover, transfer, launch assistance, or final access delivery may be withheld until the final payment has been received.

If the final project scope or cost differs from the initial estimate due to additional work, expanded requirements, or changes requested by you, the final payment will reflect the finalized migration cost.

Any PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank fees, or transfer-related charges may be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

The advance payment covers project planning, scheduling, review, communication, and the start of migration work.

If you decide to cancel the project, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the project status, the work already completed, and the time spent, and we will discuss a fair resolution.

If we are unable to complete the project due to reasons within our control, we will also discuss a fair resolution based on the work completed and the circumstances of the project.

Revisions and Approval

After the migrated Wix website is prepared, you will have an opportunity to review the result and request reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

Revisions may include adjustments to transferred content, layout details, images, menus, forms, or other agreed elements.

The following may be considered additional work and may require a separate quote:

  • New pages not included in the original scope
  • Major design changes
  • New features or integrations
  • New copywriting or content creation
  • Additional SEO work
  • Custom functionality
  • Product, blog, or content additions beyond the agreed scope
  • Changes requested after final approval

Once you approve the completed website, the project will be considered completed, subject to final payment and website handover.

Website Handover

After the migration work is completed, the final migration cost is confirmed, and the final payment is received, we will hand over the completed Wix website to you.

Website handover may include:

  • Transferring the completed Wix website to your Wix account
  • Providing access or ownership where applicable
  • Assisting with domain connection
  • Preparing the website for launch
  • Providing basic post-handover guidance if agreed

After handover, you are responsible for managing your Wix account, Wix subscription, domain registration, third-party services, website updates, and ongoing website maintenance unless a separate support agreement is made.

Wix Platform Disclaimer

SiteBuilders.pro is an independent service provider and is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Wix.

Wix is a third-party platform with its own terms, pricing, features, limitations, policies, and technical restrictions.

We are not responsible for:

  • Wix platform downtime
  • Wix subscription fees
  • Wix feature changes
  • Wix app limitations
  • Wix policy changes
  • Wix account restrictions
  • Wix billing issues
  • Wix technical problems outside our control
  • Limitations in recreating certain features from another platform inside Wix

Some features from your current website may not be possible to recreate exactly on Wix. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to provide the closest practical alternative within Wix.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Preservation of existing rankings

  • Search engine behavior or algorithm outcomes

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content, images, logos, trademarks, and materials you provide to us.

You grant us permission to use, copy, transfer, edit, and adapt your materials only as necessary to complete the agreed project.

You confirm that you have the legal right to provide and use all materials submitted to us for the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials. If you do not want your project to be shown publicly, please inform us in writing.

We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, policies, security, performance, or actions of third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and payments for third-party services.

Website Content and Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing the completed website before approval and launch.
