Pricing & Payment

Clear Pricing. No Surprises.

Every website migration is different, so pricing is based on the actual scope of the existing website rather than generic packages.

Send us your current website URL and we’ll review the site, identify what needs to be migrated, and provide a clear quote before any work begins.

How Wix Migration Pricing & Quotes Work

Pricing is based on the work required to rebuild your site on Wix. Before quoting, we review its structure, design, functionality and SEO needs.

01

Number of Pages

The number and complexity of pages that need to be rebuilt.

02

Design Complexity

Simple layouts require less work than highly customized designs and complex responsive layouts.

03

Website Functionality

Forms, bookings, ecommerce, memberships, dynamic content, integrations and other functionality.

04

Special Requirements

Custom functionality, redesign requests, structural changes or other work requested as part of the migration.

Your quote covers the agreed migration work needed to rebuild and prepare the website on Wix.

Price certainty
Your quote is agreed before work begins.

If the scope doesn’t change, neither does the price.

How the Payment Process Works

The payment process moves from review and quote through deposit, migration approval and final site handover.

1

Review, Quote & Approval

You send us your current website URL, we review the site, provide the migration scope, price and timeframe, and once you approve it we prepare the first invoice.

2

50% Deposit

A 50% deposit is paid before migration work begins.

Work begins
3

Migration & Review

We rebuild the website on Wix while the existing website remains online. You then review the completed migration.

4

Final 50% Payment

The remaining 50% is invoiced after the migration is approved and before the completed Wix website is handed over to you.

After approval
5

Site Handover

After final payment is received, the completed Wix website is transferred to you and the migration project is finished. You can then connect your domain and make the website live when you are ready.

Why 50/50?

The 50% deposit confirms the project and allows migration work to begin. The remaining 50% is paid only after you have reviewed and approved the rebuilt Wix website, before the completed site is handed over to you. This keeps payment tied to clear project milestones without requiring full payment before you have reviewed the migration.

Payment method

Secure Payments Through PayPal

All project payments are handled through PayPal invoices.

When a payment is due, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice by email with a secure link to complete the payment.

A PayPal account is not required in many countries. Depending on your location and the options PayPal makes available at checkout, you may be able to pay using:

PayPal
Credit or debit card
Other methods supported by PayPal

Available payment methods are determined by PayPal and may vary by country.

Pricing & Payment FAQ

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the existing website. Send us the current website URL and we’ll provide a free project quote.
Clients receive a project quote based on the agreed migration scope rather than an open-ended hourly bill.
For standard migration projects, 50% is paid before work begins and the remaining 50% after the completed migration is reviewed and approved, before launch.
Not necessarily. Depending on your country and the options PayPal provides at checkout, PayPal invoices may also be payable using a credit or debit card or other supported methods.
No. Wix plans, domains, paid apps and other third-party services are separate unless explicitly included in the quote.
If the agreed project scope remains unchanged, the quoted migration price remains the same. If additional work is requested outside the original scope, it will be discussed and approved before any additional charge.
The final payment is due after the migration has been reviewed and approved, but before the completed Wix website is handed over to you.
